Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with Technical Program Management on cross-functional projects.
- Experience in technical infrastructure, data centers, networking, cloud computing, supply or capacity planning, fulfillment, inventory management and/or procurement.
- Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience with project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Financial planning experience, including budget tracking and ROI.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sourcing, and Legal.
- Solid understanding of IP networking, network devices, and common topologies.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the work of Google’s Global Network Infrastructure team to proactively and re-actively put in place solutions that address network availability and latency risks across the network. including: WAN Core, Regional Core, Internet Edge and Customer Services Edge.
- Monitor key network health metrics across Google global production network.
- Identify areas that require resolution and coordination of efforts to mitigate them (e.g., capacity additions, repair prioritizations, application tuning)
- Report regularly on network health performance to senior stakeholders and to the broader organization.
- Define and implement processes, metrics and tooling requirements to implement faster and more automatic execution of network health monitoring, reporting and mitigation.
