We need more ways to travel to Victoria and the Malahat is prone to heavy traffic or accidents which totally cuts us off!
I think it would be a better way to travel, help the environment, and more cost efficient on the years ahead.
I would use this service regularly it just makes sense.
Our daughter lives in Victoria and is struggling to find adequate housing for her and her partner. Perhaps having a fast commute could help people live outside of the city.
We need this, with the increasing amount of people on the highways we really need alternate transportation
It makes sense to have car free options on island. It could boost tourism and become a valued corridor for business too. The cars only approach, particularly with the loss of Greyhound buses is a narrow and carbon heavy perspective. Invest in rail travel and transform tourism on island!
It’s never been managed correctly, with travel marketing and tours to small communities in mind. We have wineries, dairies, bistros, trackside attractions and cheese, skiing, shopping! Let an entrepreneur fix it!
I believe that a good rail system would contribute greatly to life in Vancouver Island
I rode the old E+N and it was great.
Trains = carpooling at its finest. It makes sense.
